We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, managing, and completing payroll & SaaS implementation projects within the designated timeline while ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.

  • About This Role:
  • To succeed in this position, you must have excellent project management skills and experience working with clients to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to ensure the successful completion of Mercans' services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning:
  • Define project scope based on the Master Service Agreement (MSA) to prevent scope creep.
  • Determine the necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to complete the project efficiently.
  • Resource Allocation:
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, ensuring efficient utilization.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage client expectations with respect to the scope and project timelines.
