About the Job

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject, and at least 5 years of experience in benchmarking, research, or business analysis. Experience in financial services, consultancy, or market research is highly valued, particularly in retail banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Project Management: Manage client projects in the region, supporting clients' strategic decisions through syndicated benchmarking and market research.
  • Market Analysis: Interpret market and industry trends to identify patterns, extract insights, and highlight emerging opportunities.
  • Communication: Lead client and internal meetings effectively, addressing client questions/queries using data and content expertise.
  • Solution Delivery: Understand client needs and deliver tailored, insight-driven solutions through proprietary tools, rigorous analysis, and customized reports or presentations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Strong Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in benchmarking, research, or business analysis.
  • Sector Experience: Some experience in financial services, consultancy, or market research preferred, with retail banking experience being a distinct advantage.
