We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to design, architect and build a conversational AI system from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a chat-based interface integrated with manufacturing data sources.
  • Build natural language understanding (NLU) models to interpret user queries and translate them into workflow execution commands, database operations or insight generation tasks.
  • Design a command execution layer that translates chat intents into system actions.
  • Work with the data team to define data models for manufacturing workflows.
  • Ensure data security and role-based access control.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Manufacturing SMEs and Data Scientists to define system capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, Rasa, LangChain or Java.
  • Experience with conversational AI frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Database Design and Query Optimisation.
  • Familiarity with Operations Research, Scheduling Algorithms or Optimisation techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
