We're seeking a skilled Conversational AI Developer to spearhead the creation of intelligent conversational systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through voice interfaces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and systems for real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Build low-latency features that enhance user interactions and optimize AI systems for seamless performance.
  • Collaborate on defining and tracking success metrics for conversational AI features.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience with Python or similar languages.
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments such as AWS.
  • Proficiency in API design and generative AI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and deployment automation.
