Conversational AI Developer

A productive and innovative conversational AI developer is sought after by a prominent solutions provider.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement intelligent conversational interfaces using industry-leading technologies.
  • Create and optimize dialog flows to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational interfaces into larger systems and applications.
  • Develop and troubleshoot conversational AI functionality to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in conversational AI development.
  • Proven expertise in developing conversational interfaces using ES/CX types of Dialogflow.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI principles, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of NLP and ML concepts, with the ability to apply them to conversational AI development.
