We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Management:
- Collect, verify, and update employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with team leads/managers for approval and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Follow-Ups & Coordination:
- Follow up with employees for document submissions, pending timesheets, or HR-related information.
- Liaise with different departments for HR process coordination.
- Record Maintenance:
- Assist with employee record maintenance (physical & digital).
- Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
- General Support:
- Support in organizing meetings, events, or training sessions.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and forms.
- Support any ad-hoc administrative tasks or projects.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
