Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Data Management Group as a key member of the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling a high-performing research team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial, market, and business research on our platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and knowledge management: Delivers on update targets for multiple regions globally, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Quality guardianship: Regularly reviews updates executed by the team, identifies quality issues, and addresses them through training.
  • Recruitment: Supports the hiring of research analysts to meet the group's headcount and content targets.
  • Team management: Trains, develops, and motivates team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal growth.
  • Strategic initiatives: Continuously identifies and owns improvement opportunities, executing data improvement initiatives in the DMG group.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a mid-level role for a shared services/competence centre for Strategy Consultant, Global IBD, Big 4, or research centre based in India.
  • A strong interest in the PE & VC market.
  • Successful management of a team size of ~10 or more FTEs.
  • Intrigued by and experienced in detailed company analysis and research.
  • World-class communication skills.
