Position Overview:
The Center aims to be a hub of research and expertise, committed to sustainable energy solutions, environmental stewardship, and climate resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis for various focus areas.
- Develop high-quality research reports, policy papers, discussion papers, and articles relevant to our goals.
- Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to support research initiatives.
- Manage projects and discussions, including planning, budgeting, and coordination responsibilities.
- Establish industry partnerships and collaborate with influential stakeholders to enhance our events and communication efforts.
- Search for and review published literature on specific research topics.
- Supervise interns or personnel on research-related tasks.
- Assist with manuscript or grant development.
- Prepare reports or presentations.
- Organize events, seminars, and workshops.
- Facilitate academic discussions and policy dialogues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or energy economics.
- PhD in the given domain is an added advantage.
- At least 13 years of work experience.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and research software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and lead as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Strong relationship skills and team ethics.

- Author at least 2 scholarly research publications and/or multiple op-eds during the last five years.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and deliver under tight deadlines in a professional setting.
- Ability to effectively work in a team while driving research independently when necessary.
- Willingness to travel for research and stakeholder engagement.
