DevSecOps Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled individual to lead the implementation and evolution of secure development and deployment practices across our organization.

About the Role
  • This is a key leadership position responsible for defining and driving the organization's DevSecOps vision and roadmap.
  • The successful candidate will act as the technical authority and advisor for all security-related aspects of the CI/CD pipeline, collaborating closely with Engineering, Security, and Operations teams.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Define and drive the organization's DevSecOps strategy and vision.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of automated security controls and pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, secrets detection).
  3. Develop and enforce security guardrails, policies, and compliance requirements in CI/CD workflows.
  4. Drive secure cloud adoption strategies and implement security baselines for cloud infrastructure containers, and serverless functions.
  5. Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge DevSecOps tools, and develop custom tooling where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles and best practices.
  • Excellent technical skills, including programming languages, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
