- Lead the development of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with US GAAP and APAC standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze costs, track performance metrics, and prepare consolidated financial statements as needed.
- Aid financial decision-making by collecting and summarizing account information, trends, and budget data for DHR Global and its portfolio companies.
- Implement process improvements across both regions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA/CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and QuickBooks Desktop
- Thorough understanding of US GAAP and familiarity with APAC accounting standards (US-GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
