About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Specialist to handle our accounting needs. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who excel in finance and compliance, and thrive in structured environments.

You will be responsible for managing daily financial tasks, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily financial tasks like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and ledger entries
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ITR, and other statutory requirements
  • Manage inventory accounting and cost analysis
  • Support audits with proper documentation
  • Generate reports as needed by management
  • Process entries like contra, journal, receipt, and payment
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize costs and improve processes
  • Follow financial standards and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience, must have worked under a CA or in a CA firm
  • Proficient in Tally (knowledge of Zoho or other ERP tools is a plus)
  • Good understanding of AP/AR, GST, MIS reporting, and compliances
  • Experience with inventory accounting is preferred (F&V domain is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools
