The primary role of a Field Executive is to collect and analyze market data, facilitating effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather valuable insights from customer interactions and observations.
- Conduct demonstrations, surveys, and other field-related tasks as required.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on task completion, including any challenges encountered.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory or equipment used during fieldwork.
- Ensure punctual arrival at scheduled appointments and adhere to professional standards.
- Comply with industry regulations and guidelines, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Higher secondary education or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the FMCG / Food / Beverages industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
