Job Purpose

We are seeking motivated International Sales Representative to generate genuine and productive leads through outbound calls to US/Canada, with the goal of driving successful conversions and maximizing closed cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers in US/Canada.
  • Promote and sell company products and services.
  • Handle objections, queries, and escalations effectively.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Maintain service quality standards and achieve set targets.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Support team leaders and supervisors in achieving service delivery and financial goals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with US/UK accent preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and good telephone etiquette.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Prior BPO/International sales experience is an advantage.
  • Customer service orientation, flexibility, and team player mindset.
