  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in trademark and intellectual property law.
  • They should have knowledge of trademark journals opposition, affidavits under section 45, trademark search, registration procedure, data management, and trade mark and IP laws.
  • The candidate should be well-versed in drafting and filing notice of opposition, counter statements, affidavits etc for trademark related matters, cease & desist notice drafting, and drafting of various documents in relation with intellectual property and their rights.
  • They should possess superior drafting and oral communication skills, be a team player with proven ability to attend to detail and work independently, and be a self-starter who can work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines on own initiative, and find creative solutions to problems.

Educational Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be a law graduate from a recognised University.
