Job Title: Associate Director Production

Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead production team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and client servicing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The Associate Director, Production will be responsible for managing end-to-end production processes and client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery. Key responsibilities include project oversight, client management, team leadership, process compliance, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, budget & resource management, and risk management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership and team empowerment skills, a client-centric approach, strategic problem-solving abilities, time and resource management skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all stages of production projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction, escalating issues to the Director of Production as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Process Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BFSI sectors is a plus, with an understanding of sector-specific creative and regulatory requirements.
