About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of our human capital management solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Leverage extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design to deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions to ensure seamless system integration.
- Perform rigorous testing, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing to guarantee the highest level of quality.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM to drive business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
- 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on functional aspects.
- Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, with Oracle certifications being a plus.
