Equipment Sourcing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Equipment Sourcing Professional to join our team. As an Equipment Sourcing Professional, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end equipment and/or materials sourcing processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and strategic goals.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration and vendor management. You will oversee procurement of semiconductor equipment and/or materials, manage RFP/RFQ processes and vendor selection, develop supplier relationships and performance metrics, coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance, track equipment and/or materials delivery and installation schedules, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support and conduct supplier quality improvement and development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure semiconductor equipment and/or materials from vendors.
  • Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for equipment and/or materials sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and track equipment and/or materials delivery and installation schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the equipment and/or materials sourcing process.
  • SUPPORT AND CONDUCT SUPPLIER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in equipment and/or materials sourcing, preferably in a Semiconductor/OSAT industry environment.
  • Experience in greenfield or startup environments is a plus.
