We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. This role is all about building meaningful connections, generating high-quality leads, and driving sales in the XR (Extended Reality) and AI industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into collaborations. If you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools, and a proven ability to generate leads organically and meet sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, research, and engage potential B2B customers through LinkedIn, networking, events, and outbound campaigns.
- Qualify leads, schedule demos, follow up, and drive deals for XR simulators and AI glasses.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and product demos.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Prior experience in B2B or technology product sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
- Ability to research and analyze industry trends and business opportunities.
