Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing a range of luxury products through industrial design and engineering.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product concepts, conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, and develop prototypes and participate in product testing and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design ideas effectively
  • Collaborate with engineers, marketing, and product managers to develop innovative product concepts
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape
  • Develop prototypes and participate in product testing and evaluation
  • Prepare and present design proposals and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong sketching and visualization skills to communicate design concepts
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
