We face significant challenges throughout the healthcare financial journey. Our team plays a crucial role in supporting various initiatives that enhance the healthcare financial experience.

About This Role

This is a key position for our organization, working closely with team members across the company to produce scalable and efficient solutions that can grow with the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Develop Technical Integrations: Utilize Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Web Services, XSLT, and XPath to integrate systems effectively.
  • Build Custom Reports: Create basic custom reports relating multiple objects and including data transformations using standard Workday reporting functionality.
  • Manage Integration Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis, configure system settings, and deploy integration to production seamlessly.
  • Monitor Interfaces: Ensure smooth communication between Workday and internal/external vendors through interface management.
  • Provide Production Support: Offer incident management and integration monitoring support as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience implementing Workday integrations in HCM and Finance modules would be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of Workday Studio Development.
  • Familiarity with BIRT layout.
  • Working knowledge of Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
  • Understanding of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
  • Knowledge of integration design and testing concepts.
  • System development lifecycle experience, including production support.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, especially with virtual teams.
