As Senior Auditor, you will be an integral part of our Finance function, which plays a strategic role in supporting management decisions. Our global team works with various departments, providing business partnering expertise and taking on key responsibilities such as treasury, risk assurance, taxation, and corporate analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the SOX compliance program, ensuring all key controls are identified, documented, and tested according to regulatory requirements
  • Review the yearly management testing plan, identifying potential financial risks based on past performance and future business strategy
  • Identify business units, processes, and subsidiaries that require compliance with IFC requirements and frame internal controls accordingly

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of SOX regulations and internal financial controls. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Charted Accountant (CA) or master's degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audits in the pharma or manufacturing industry
  • CIA, CISA, or DISA certification preferred
