**Job Title:** Territory Manager
This role focuses on driving business growth and expansion through effective sales strategies, customer development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Develop and execute plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, with a focus on brand-wise sales achievement.
- Territory Management: Monitor and improve individual territory performance, field officer productivity, and business hygiene.
- Customer Development: Build strong relationships with core customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs), ensuring timely collections in alignment with targets.
- Product Development: Identify and develop key customers for each product to maximize returns.
- Team Development: Guide field officers on in-clinic effectiveness, enhance product knowledge, and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Education: Science graduate preferred, prior experience in first-line management or MNC pharmaceutical companies desirable.
- Skills: Strong process orientation, interpersonal skills, teamwork, analytical abilities, excellent communication, attention to detail, and execution capabilities.
- Assessment: Successful completion of probation assessments, including interviews, reviews, projects, or written tests.
