Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and other developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy sessions, focusing on motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
  • Mentor junior therapists and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and other developmental delays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
