About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management and operational technology, with experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow OTM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
  • Document development, configuration, and technical details.
  • Provide training to stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Identify and analyze issues, and present solutions.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management and operational technology.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow OTM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Basic understanding of database-level architecture and SQL queries.
  • Ability to script automated processes, including business rules and script actions.
