Job Title:

ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to implement Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills.

  • Implement scalable and secure IT service management solutions.
  • Develop automated processes using scripts, including Business rule, script action, and Configuration and enhancements capability on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import, and document every development, configuration, and technical details.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 4-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environments.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
