Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Safety Systems Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of gas monitoring and life safety systems in our high-tech manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain gas detection and life safety systems for toxic, flammable, or specialty gases.
  • Integrate gas detectors with facility monitoring and control systems or SCADA platforms.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and improve gas monitoring and control infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical, chemical, instrumentation, electrical, or related fields, along with 5-15 years of experience in gas monitoring, life safety systems, or utilities. Proficiency in hazardous gas handling, fire and gas detection, or FMCS/BMS integration is essential. Knowledge of gas detector brands such as Draeger, Riken Keiki, and Honeywell is also desirable.

  • Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related fields.
  • 5-15 years of experience in gas monitoring, life safety systems, or utilities.
  • Experience in hazardous gas handling, fire and gas detection, or FMCS/BMS integration.
