Overview

As a key advisor to customers, you will play a pivotal role in guiding them through their SAP landscape on the RISE Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and design SAP landscapes for customers, ensuring seamless integration with their selected hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Work closely with the SAP presales team to understand customer requirements and create tailored to-be landscape architectures.
  • Collaborate with customer leaders and technical teams to discuss landscape architecture, setup, and build processes.
  • Join meetings, answer technical queries, and present assessments to customers.

Technical Requirements

As a Technical Architect, your key responsibilities include:

  • Bill Of Material Review & Analysis: Validate product versions and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Technical Validation: Confirm selected product and version availability for building on the SAP RISE platform.
  • Early Watch Reports & Technical Data Analysis: Validate hardware selection and sizing.
  • Sizing the To-Be Landscape: Ensure migrations are properly sized.
  • Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature: Prepare technical assessments and conduct workshops with customers.
  • Customer Deal Support – Post Signature: Onboarding Questionnaire Support, answering delivery questions, and providing key information during sales cycles.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in CAA roles, with expertise in REX (SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and S/4 HANA skills), Migration/Upgrades, and Cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas.
  • Customer-facing experience required.
