Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Expert to lead our vendor strategy, sourcing, and selection for managed services providers.

  • This involves developing scalable, cost-effective operating models and service capabilities for both time-bound projects and ongoing operations.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, managing relationships with Learning and Training Business teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Additionally, you will drive supplier performance through governance and performance measurement, ensuring service quality and value addition.

For this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including executive stakeholder management and IT technical implementations.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, vendor or partner management, and negotiating agreements.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
