Facilities Services Manager

You will oversee all activities related to housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture. Your domain expertise will help you resolve client concerns related to facilities services.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage cleaning services focusing on common areas using knowledge of janitorial operations, cleaning chemicals, consumables, maintenance, repair of equipment, waste management, and hygiene standards.
  • Take daily rounds of the premises to identify cleaning needs and ensure rectification with support from other team members.
  • Create work plans, schedules, inspect, and assign cleaning and maintenance work to subordinate teams.
  • Brief staff regarding their duties, designated areas of work, and special instructions at the start and end of shift.
  • Establish operational standards and procedures for supervised departments.
  • Maintain required records of budget and other information.
  • Ensure inventory stock is adequate, order new equipment, supplies, or furnishings as needed.
  • Prepare reports like DMR, MMR, QBR, and quarterly business review.
  • Estimate costs, prepare and manage budgets, plan arrangements for beautification, and manage landscaping and gardening.
  • Manage vendor personnel for assigned units, vendor contracts, compliance, attendance, and discipline at site.
