About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Services team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex and critical service requests, serving as a Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues, and formal mentoring for promoting the functional and professional development of others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellence in customer service support

Requirements:
