Job Description\

As a seasoned Test Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire testing lifecycle of SAP solutions. Your primary goal is to ensure that all testing activities are aligned with business objectives and deliverables.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to meet project timelines and requirements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth testing operations
  • Manage and track test cases, defects, and progress through various testing phases
  • Ensure timely completion of testing tasks and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
\Required Skills & Qualifications\
  • \\_Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify, PowerBI, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, Signavio Integration, and Jira
  • \\_Test Planning and Execution: In-depth understanding of release testing lifecycle, test case creation, and repository management
  • \\_Leadership and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work with central and regional test management teams, DevOps, and release teams
  • \\_Problem Solving and Risk Management: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify potential blockers and plan contingencies
