As a key member of the Accor team, the Hotel Revenue Manager will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and maximizing hotel performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communication with hotel teams (GM, Reservations, DOS) to ensure seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Monitoring hotel results and identifying areas for improvement to drive revenue growth.
  • Responsible for revenue performance and reporting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting the GM in creating strategic plans to drive hotel success.
  • Providing monthly forecasts for hotels under their responsibility.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Applying revenue management initiatives to optimize hotel performance.
  • Supporting the preparation of the annual revenue budget.
  • Hosting weekly Revmax meetings to drive revenue growth.
  • Communicating quality and data processes to hotel teams.
  • Supporting sales and reservations teams as needed.

Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of revenue management principles and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with hotel teams.
