Job Overview
A seasoned Quality Assurance and Control leader is required to drive quality excellence in real estate development projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols to guarantee project success.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and reporting defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues, review and approve construction documents, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards by leading and training QA/QC team members.
- Manage quality records and documentation, coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to drive excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
At least 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction is essential, along with strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is mandatory, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
