Key Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a skilled quality assurance professional to join our Product & Engineering team. As a critical member of our team, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile solutions for HR leaders, employees, and organizational leaders.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning
    • Develop comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications.
    • Validate functionality across multiple user roles and environments.
  • Test Automation
    • Design and execute test automation scripts for core workflows.
    • Maintain test automation frameworks to improve scalability and reliability.
  • API Testing
    • Perform thorough API testing to validate integrations and identify edge cases.
    • Ensure secure and reliable backend services through comprehensive testing.
  • Collaboration
    • Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.
    • Drive continuous improvement of QA processes to enhance release confidence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of QA experience in a product-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing.
  • Experience testing web and mobile applications with multiple user roles.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with or experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).
