Job Description

We are looking for a skilled quality assurance professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in test automation, specifically within the Banking domain. They should be proficient in Selenium with Java, API Testing, and BDD/Cucumber framework.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality by developing and maintaining automation strategies, executing test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance applications.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts ensuring end-to-end test coverage.
  • Perform continuous testing across security, API, regression, and functional test suites.
  • Develop automation strategies and frameworks (BDD/Cucumber) to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Support test data management, environment setup, and test execution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify, log, and resolve defects.
  • Participate in code reviews, monitor testing outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
  • Conduct database validations and file-handling based testing as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium with Java.
  • Experience in API Testing using tools like Postman or similar.
  • Strong experience in BDD/Cucumber framework implementation.
  • Proven experience in Banking domain projects.
  • Database testing and file handling expertise.
Professional and Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
