About the Mission:

Youth disconnection is a pressing concern in urbanizing India. Cities are growing, and people spend more time indoors and online, less time meaningfully connecting.

We're building a platform to reconnect young Indians: read books together, debate politics, brainstorm startups, flirt, volunteer, run, play games, or find genuine community.

The mission is clear: help young Indians reconnect with each other meaningfully and offline.

Your Role:

As Finance & Operations Co-Founder, you'll lead our financial strategy, fundraising, and operational scale-up of the platform. You'll ensure sustainable growth from Day 1.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy 
  • Build Financial Models: Develop unit economics, CAC/LTV, marketplace liquidity models.
  • Lead Fundraising: Prepare investor materials, pitch decks, financial modelling, and investor relations.
  • Build Robust Financial Systems: Accounting, compliance, reporting, unit economics, CAC/LTV analysis.
  • Marketplace Operations 
  • Design Operations Playbook
  • Operational Processes: Venue partnerships, equipment rentals, event logistics.
  • Balance Marketplace Liquidity: Hosts & events to meet attendee demand.
  • Trust & Safety Operations: Dispute resolution, refunds, community guidelines.
  • Scaling & Partnerships 
  • Oversee Legal & Compliance Frameworks: Contracts, NDAs, corporate structure, MCA compliance.
  • Forge Partnerships: Venues, service providers, student organizations.
  • KPI Dashboards: Event volume, ticket sales, host retention, repeat attendance.

  • Prior experience in marketplaces or consumer platforms.
  • Logistics, partnerships, customer support management.
  • Strategic thinker who can execute early on.
