Job Title: Lead Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Jira expert to lead our Atlassian team.

A high-level professional with 7-9 years of experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling large-scale Jira environments is required.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of governance, integrations, and best practices for Jira administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira Software (Cloud and/or Data Center) and Confluence administration is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of configuration and customization of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
  2. Design and implementation of scalable Jira projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications.
  3. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  4. Establishment of standards and best practices for Jira usage across the organization.
  5. User access management, roles, and security settings alignment with organizational policies.
  6. Jira system performance monitoring, regular health checks, and upgrades or migrations management.
  7. Integration of Jira with other enterprise tools and platforms.
  8. Dashboards, reports, and metrics development to support leadership and operational teams.
  9. Mentorship of junior Jira administrators or support staff.
  10. Closely working with IT, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless Jira adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years of experience in Jira administration, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Proven experience designing complex workflows, schemes, and automation rules.
