Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our project team as an Engagement Specialist. This role will involve working on strategic projects, taking responsibility for key tasks, and collaborating closely with internal clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing initial recommendations for action and presenting them to stakeholders
  • Preparing decision-making documents for senior executives and the management board

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and structuring skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills in English.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong academic background and relevant professional experience or internships. Key requirements include:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline
  • Proven skills in areas such as analysis, structuring, and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the German language is a plus, but not essential.
