Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust YouTube strategy that focuses on growing a kids' content channel.
- YouTube Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive YouTube strategy that prioritizes audience growth, content planning, and engagement maximization. Integrate efforts across supporting platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Content Creation & Management: Lead the scheduling and publishing of content, ensuring it aligns with YouTube's kids' policies and is optimized for algorithm performance.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Analyze performance metrics using YouTube Studio and other third-party tools. Provide insights on watch time, retention, engagement, and growth, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Audience Engagement & Community Building: Monitor comments, interactions, and community engagement across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative and marketing teams to produce visually engaging content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7+ years of social media management experience, with a demonstrated ability to grow and manage a YouTube channel (preferably kids) with over 1+ million subscribers.
- Expertise in algorithms, trends, and best practices for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
