Job Description

Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end interior design and fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading multiple projects from concept to completion, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients and design teams, driving full project lifecycle, and ensuring clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.

The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships. Additionally, they will develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions, control budgets, approve procurements, and track subcontractor payments.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to spec, conducting regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance, overseeing snagging, and ensuring smooth client handover.

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and industry regulations, implement HSE protocols across project sites, review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, and possess skills such as strong leadership and team management, proficiency in MS Project/Primavera & AutoCAD, excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling, and in-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD, with in-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Project Planning & Control: Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones, and control budgets and procurements.
