Our organization seeks an exceptional individual to fill the role of Chief Technology Officer. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our company's technology strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of talented engineers and developers to design, build, and maintain our products and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring our organization remains competitive and innovative.
- 12+ years of work experience in software development, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
- Experience with building large-scale distributed systems, including search, recommendation systems, and production-grade machine learning systems.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
