Chief Financial Officer – Treasury

As a key member of the organization, this role involves overseeing the treasury function and ensuring effective financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage loan and debt market instruments, including term loans, commercial paper, ECBs, DA, PTC, and others.
- Liaise with financial institutions, such as public and private sector banks, NBFCs, investors, mutual funds, insurance companies, and other intermediaries.
- Understand legal documentation and collaborate with lenders' legal counsel and in-house legal department, security trustees, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and interpret financial models and cash flows to inform strategic decisions.
- Initiate and monitor deals from inception to closure, negotiating and pricing debt programs to meet organizational objectives.
- Monitor and report covenants, calculate and reconcile interest payable, prepare responses to queries/observations of lenders, and ensure compliance with periodic requirements.
