Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Treasury Mid Office Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders, including public and private sector banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), investors, mutual funds, and insurance companies.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Fair understanding of Loan and Debt Market instruments such as Term Loans, NCDs, Commercial Paper (Secured, Unsecured, Market-linked Instruments), ECB, DA, PTC, etc.
  2. Liaise with lenders' legal counsel, in-house legal department, Security Trustees, Rating Agencies, and other intermediaries.
  3. Fair understanding of financial modelling including bank CMAs, able to build and interpret financial models and cash flows.
  4. Initiate and monitor deals from scratch till closure of transactions.
  5. Negotiate and price the debt program to meet organizational goals of borrowing at the best possible rates.
  6. Monitor and report covenants; calculate and reconcile interest payable; prepare replies to queries/observations of lenders.
  7. Fair understanding of periodic compliances (Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-annual/Annual) of lenders.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in NBFC Treasury / Corporate Treasury / Bank Credit Department are highly desirable.
