This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your deep understanding of the UK Asset Finance market, specifically across leasing, hire purchase, and stage payment loans.

  • We seek a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vehicle and equipment financing, excluding capital assets like equity.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end Asset Finance processes, providing business process assurance and collaborating with testing teams to translate functional requirements into IT test scenarios.
  • Responsibilities include leading and supporting UAT/SIT phases, ensuring alignment with business expectations and terminology, as well as reviewing and validating test scenarios in collaboration with business SMEs.
  • The successful candidate will also support data migration, documentation workstreams, and reporting activities including GL concepts, serving as a conduit between business and technology teams.
  • Leveraging tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and other requirements/test management platforms, the expert will provide insights into Asset Finance workflows, including POS, rescheduling, novation, asset handling, stock audits, inspections, and recoveries.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard terminologies and business workflows is essential, as is exposure to testing methodologies, tools, and business-IT collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of vehicle and equipment financing (excluding capital assets like equity).
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end Asset Finance processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4 –14+ years of experience in Asset Finance, preferably in the UK market.
  • Prior consulting experience in BFSI domain.
  • Experience working with global clients, especially in the UK financial services sector.
