Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic product planning, development lifecycle and product launch cycles for our offerings.

  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for defining, communicating and implementing the product segment strategy. The position liaises directly with technology development resources, assumes primary leadership for effective communication, company readiness, release, rollout, and positioning of our offerings.
  • Participate in sprint planning discussions to define the sprint goal and refine the product backlogs.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Review works by the development team and ensure they are in sync per the product vision.
  • Serve as the interface with customers, internal development groups, and all stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain CRM/Jira for internal tracking.
  • Keep a close watch on the progress of development items and ensure their execution and delivery within expected timelines.
  • Work on Hubspot Ticketing system to resolve existing client issues and any new requirements.
  • Generate monthly usage reports and publish them for accounting purposes.
Required Skills/Experience

Minimum 4-10 years of product experience, in US healthcare domain.

  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, driven, and capable of envisioning the future direction of the product.
  • Prior product management experience would be an added advantage; however, it is not mandatory.
  • Candidates without prior product management experience will be considered for the junior position, and experienced candidates are eligible for the product manager position.
  • Knowledge in technology and healthcare product platforms is a must. The ability to be comfortable talking about different types of IT systems this product can be integrated with is required.
  • Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management/Clinical or other areas within the healthcare domain and acquired immense product knowledge due to working in these areas.
  • Able to understand and communicate the vision of the solution and drive details.

Should be able to converse in English and Malayalam.
