Ambitious Sales Professional
About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity to join our sales team as an Area General Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving retail sales in defined geography through effective dealer network creation and management.
Responsibilities:
- To identify and research opportunities to increase the number of Livspace dealers in each city of the allocated region.
- To generate leads through various channels and work closely with the Regional Business Development Manager.
- To hire and train IDs and BDs, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets.
- To drive overall sales and growth by conducting promotional activities and developing market adaptation of Livspace products.
- To explore opportunities for gaining market share by analyzing data and trends.
Requirements:
- An MBA or PGDM in Sales and Marketing from a recognized business school.
- A minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlog.
- A full-time graduation and post-graduation degree.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- The ability to travel extensively across the country.
