Job Description

As a senior storage solutions engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our private cloud director product. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance on deploying this product with various storage backends.

To achieve this goal, you will need to collaborate closely with engineering teams to inform design decisions and troubleshoot complex storage-related issues. This requires strong communication skills and an ability to understand technical specifications and architectures.

In addition, you will work with pre-sales engineers to advise them on optimal storage approaches during customer solution design, POCs, and RFP responses. Your expertise will help us deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 15 years of experience in enterprise storage with hands-on knowledge across multiple vendor ecosystems and technologies.
  • Deep understanding of storage protocols and architectures, including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and S3.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex storage performance and connectivity issues in multi-vendor environments.
