Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies for paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Conduct thorough audience research to create targeted campaigns that deliver conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
  • Design and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, policies, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of cost per click (CPC), cost per mille (CPM), return on ad spend (ROAS), and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience in creating effective retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
