Job Overview

The Site Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations of our digital platform. This position involves overseeing cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the site, as well as supervising timely food service and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cafeteria Operations Management: Monitor and address real-time operational issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Client and Customer Engagement: Act as the on-ground representative for client interactions, collect customer feedback, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with food vendors on daily menus, stock, and service times, while ensuring they adhere to our SOPs and hygiene standards.
  • Platform Support: Assist with menu updates, issue resolution, and user queries on our digital platform, while ensuring accurate and timely billing and order tracking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain daily operational reports including sales, customer feedback, vendor performance, and incident logs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills; ability to work with mobile apps and dashboards.
  • Leadership and team handling abilities.
