Lead AI and GenAI Professional

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to evolve AI and GenAI driven problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation modules.

The successful candidate will provide architectural and algorithmic leadership to develop advanced LLM, SLM, and RAG based models along with classical machine learning models.

  • Advanced AI and GenAI: Develop and deploy models for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, causal inferencing, and action recommendation.
  • Gen-AI-Powered Analysis: Create and fine-tune Generative AI models to assist in analysis creation for problem discovery.
  • Reference Architectures: Evolve frameworks for augmenting and evolving batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures.
  • Client Deployments: Consult and provide guidance for creating automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features.
  • Use Cases Development: Lead and support development of use cases on the platform for various vertical specific problem statements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.

In-depth conceptual understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and GenAI, with experience in developing and deploying advanced models.
